No Refunds or Cancellations:
Since all products are handmade, we do not offer refunds or cancellations.

Purchase of digital files can not be returned or refunded for any reason

Issues with Your Order:
If there’s an error or problem with your order, please reach out to donna@raisingkanedesign.com with your order number and issue description. I'll work with you to resolve it.

Returns (If Applicable):
Please contact me within 10 days of receiving your order. If approved, I'll issue a refund once I receive the item in its original condition. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process.
